How much does shipping cost?
Our website will calculate the shipping for you before you check out.
Where are NYOF products shipped from?
All our products will be shipped from Australia. This means you may be liable for any taxes and duties due once receiving your products.
How will I know my tracking number?
An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched which will contain your tracking number and relevant information.
Depending on your location Courier, DHL or AusPost will be used all with tracking services.
Average Delivery of DHL is 3-5 business days world wide. Average Delivery for AusPost is 3-8 business days within Australia. If you have not received your order on day 8 please contact us.
Returns
Our Returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
As our Returns Hub is based in Australia, you will be liable to pay all shipping costs, import duties, customs & taxes for returning the goods back to us. If you are exchanging the product for a different size, colour or style, we will send the new shipment back to you.
All sale items are subject to a 14 day return policy in which you have 14 days to return your product for an exchange. Sale items cannot be refunded. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot accept a return unless a product is faulty.
